CWAC 3rd Annual Trivia Night Fundraiser

 
 

All registrations must be received by March 8th, 2008 prior to the event through this ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM.

CWAC will send an email confirmation to the captain of the team. The captain of the team will need to print this email confirmation and bring it to the Trivia Night evening together with the total money collected ($180 per Team Registration Fee + Pledges collected).

Please keep registration fee ($180) and pledges collected in separated envelopes.
