Lucy Summer Mohawk Update!
Lucy was adopted last year by a Veteran in our program. Doesn’t she look adorable in her summer Mohawk?
He says “Thank you for Lucy and the love she gives me every day.”
We think that’s just awesome! And thank you for giving Lucy the loving home she deserved!
This is Lucy when she was still a Canines With a Cause program dog. We just knew she was a special gal for our Veteran Handler J.
Canines With a Cause Salt Lake City, Utah is a registered 501 (c)(3) Non Profit Organization Rescuing homeless and abandoned shelter dogs, training military Veterans with PTSD or other psychiatric disabilities to train their own service and assistance dogs and providing female prison inmates an opportunity to apply basic dog training skills to the dogs recently rescued. Saving Three Lives!
